Meet Robin Rice

As a trusted REALTOR® with the Candice Blair Group, Robin Rice brings over 15 years of experience in the South Orange County real estate market and a deep commitment to the clients and communities she serves. Representing both buyers and sellers, Robin has successfully navigated everything from complex, high-value transactions and luxury properties to helping first-time homebuyers achieve the milestone of homeownership. Her extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, experience with leasing and property management allow her to confidently guide clients through every stage of the real estate process.

Robin’s professional journey in California began in the classroom as a third grade teacher with Tustin Unified School District. It was there that she developed many of the skills that would later become the foundation of her real estate career—the ability to listen, communicate clearly, solve problems, advocate for others, and guide people through important decisions with patience and confidence. Today, she brings those same qualities to every client relationship, believing that exceptional real estate service begins with understanding each client’s individual goals and priorities.

Having called South Orange County home for more than 25 years, Robin offers her clients more than real estate expertise—she provides firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods, communities, and lifestyle that make the area such an exceptional place to live. Outside of real estate, Robin’s favorite time is spent with her family—her husband, David and their two children. As a family, they share a love of outdoor activities and frequently spend time in the Utah mountains as well as Chicagoland where she grew up. Robin also enjoys traveling throughout the United States and abroad, although she never leaves real estate completely behind. Wherever her travels take her, she can usually be found exploring neighborhoods, admiring architecture, and, of course, checking out the local real estate market.
